Delivery and Payment

How will I receive my order?

We ship orders via Nova Poshta. You can choose delivery to a branch or courier delivery to your address.

Delivery cost?

Delivery cost is calculated according to the tariffs of the shipping service. The customer covers the cost of delivery and money transfer.

Can I pay by card?

Yes! When placing your order, please add a comment or inform the manager who will contact you to confirm the details.

Payment can also be made through online payment services in the shopping cart during checkout.

When will I receive my order?

We ship orders after 4:30 PM on business days. Delivery time depends on the conditions of Nova Poshta. Orders are shipped from Dubno.

What if the item doesn't fit or I want to return it?

You can return the item within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to offer an exchange for another size or color (if available). If not available, we can place a custom order or issue a refund after inspecting the returned item.

Return conditions

Only items that are unused and undamaged may be returned. For example: no signs of wear from training, running, or rough surfaces; no irreversible changes to clothing, footwear, or equipment.

The box and packaging are part of the return and must be intact (no tape, tears, writing, or scuffs). Please keep the original packaging for at least 14 days after purchase.
