On March 16, Mukachevo hosted mixed martial arts competitions – the Transcarpathian regional championship and the city cup. 9 teams from Transcarpathia and guests from Ternopil region took part in the tournament. About 100 athletes competed in the categories: 7-9 and 10-11 years old (Mukachevo Cup) and 12+ (regional championship).
The competition was a selection for the Transcarpathian national team for the Ukrainian championship. Young athletes demonstrated a high level of training, and the strongest received diplomas for winning places, taking another step towards great victories.
Among the participants, the Tigr MMA team attracted special attention, arriving at the tournament in new tracksuits from GERA. Their stylish and confident look stood out from the rest, emphasizing the unity of the team and the fighting spirit even before the fights began. We are glad that our equipment became a part of this important tournament!
