Return and Exchange Policy
GERA accepts returns and exchanges of goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."
We value our customers and aim to provide you with the best service. If the received item is of proper quality but the size, color, or model does not suit you, we are ready to offer an exchange or a refund.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Items must not be used and must retain their original condition, including packaging, tags, and labeling.
- All accessories and components must be included.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Contact our manager using the contact details provided on the website.
- Provide your order number, phone number, and full name.
- State the reason for the return or exchange.
- Send a photo of the item in a reply message via messenger.
- Ship the item to the specified Nova Poshta branch as instructed by the manager.
- Send the tracking number (TTN) to the manager after shipment.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm the exchange or refund.
Who Pays for Delivery?
- If the return or exchange is initiated by you (e.g., size, color, or model didn’t suit), you cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a defect or store error, GERA covers the shipping costs.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 1–2 business days to your account.
Important!
According to Ukrainian law, some non-food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. Please refer to the official list of such items.
